Ghana Encourages Employers to Strengthen Workplace Development

Ghana’s labour and professional development discussions during the week of 10–17 October highlighted the importance of supportive workplaces, skills development and better employment opportunities. Employers are under pressure to improve staff capabilities and workplace practices as businesses adapt to economic and technological change. Employers require workforce analytics, digital recruitment systems and structured training programmes to identify skills gaps and improve employee performance. HPC supports organisations with HR analytics, workforce forecasting and employee-development infrastructure for a proposed project fee of $510,000.
