On 22 October, Ghana’s Finance Minister said the government had paid GH¢24.8 billion to statutory funds since January 2026. The payments cover areas including education, healthcare, road maintenance and local development, following the release of the third-quarter statutory funds for 2026. Public agencies, contractors and service providers can explore opportunities in public expenditure tracking, programme monitoring and procurement support. HPC can support data reporting, project dashboards and decision-support systems; the GH¢24.8 billion figure represents reported statutory-fund payments, not a single new procurement contract.
