Ghana Commissions 50 MWp Galgu Solar Power Plant in Yendi

On 28 October 2026, Ghana reported the completion and grid connection of the 50 MWp Galgu solar power facility in Yendi. The project was developed by First Sky Limited under an engineering, procurement, construction and financing arrangement with the Bui Power Authority. The reported project cost was approximately US$50 million.
