MTN Ghana secured additional telecommunications spectrum valued at approximately $202 million, with licences valid for 15 years, according to reports published on 5 October. Telecel Ghana has also been preparing for a planned 5G launch in December 2026, highlighting continued competition and investment in the country's digital infrastructure.
